RESOLVING CONFLICTS IN THE
WORKPLACE
Description
The resolution of conflicts
in the workplace fosters a harmonic environment which leads to
high employee morale and productivity. This course is designed
to help manage conflict so that it does not disrupt the work environment.
Participants will learn conflict resolution and mediation techniques
that will settle disputes and enable them to recognize and resolve
conflict in the workplace before it becomes uncontrollable.
