Facilitator Proposals
Facilitator Proposals A seminar is 4 - 8 hours long in which the facilitator goes into depth within a particular topic or application. Proposal Submission Format: 1. Facilitator's contact information (name, title, company, mailing address, phone, fax, and e-mail). 2. Identify the seminar (s) that you feel would be a good match for your skills and submit the seminar (s) title along with up to 100 words on why you would be a great facilitator for that particular seminar (s). 3. Include facilitator's biography (50 - 100) words. 4. Identify all professional and personal affiliations (i.e. fraternity, sorority, Chamber of Commerce, religion). 5. List all experiences facilitating seminars. 6. Please provide the amount you request to be paid for facilitating a seminar. How to Send Proposals: Proposal Submission Guidelines: Facilitators need to be articulate and quick-witted presenters as well as intelligent and experienced professionals.
