OVERVIEW:
N.H.P.J. Consulting Group, is a training & development, consulting
and advisory firm located in Greenbelt, Maryland. Establish on
November 10, 1998, we offer a variety of services to customers
in the Private Sector, Local and State Government.
DUTIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to facilitating and
conducting instructor-led MBTI sessions. Conduct needs assessments,
proactively identifying issues that impact leadership development,
organizational development, employee effectiveness, and company
performance. Provide a broad range of consultative services to
all practices in training, team building, and staff development.
Assist with change management coaching to Senior Level Executives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have education and experience in the areas of organizational
development, training, and /or Human Resources. Experience with
adult learning principles, program development and delivery, and/or
talent management. Certifications in group facilitation and/or
talent development assessments (e.g., MBTI). Other talent development
assessments (i.e., Hogan, DDI, PDI, Situational Leaderships, 360
assessments, etc.) will be considered. Knowledge of organizational
development principles and theories. Knowledge and ability to
provide performance coaching and recommend learning solutions.
Ability to evaluate, integrate, and apply a variety of theoretical
frameworks related to management and supervision (e.g., leadership
theory, theories of work motivation, organization theory, and
group dynamics), organizational development and organizational
psychology. Ability to communicate effectively and to explain
abstract concepts to people from diverse backgrounds and organizational
levels. This position may require traveling to the Client's site
(in another state).
