Corporate Mediator
OVERVIEW:
N.H.P.J. Consulting Group, is a training & development, consulting
and advisory firm located in Greenbelt, Maryland. Establish on
November 10, 1998, we offer a variety of services to customers
in the Private Sector, Local and State Government.
DUTIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing Mediation
services to customers. Two primary areas of Mediation are Family
Disputes, Organizational, and Employment Related Disputes.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must have strong analytical, oral and written communications
skills, must have facilitation/mediation knowledge and experience,
must be effective working with people at all levels in an organization,
able to promote and encourage a positive environment, and must
be highly organized. The candidate must be able to work with a
diverse group of people. The candidate must have strong analytical
and problem solving skills. A Bachelor's degree or Certification
in a relevant field of study is required. An advanced degree in
a relevant field with one or more years of experience in the field
of third-party facilitation and mediation is preferred. Some travel
is expected.
